Eligibility
- This promotion is open to all U.K, residents over 18 years of age, other than the employees of Perkier Foods (the Promoter) and their families, their associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
How to Enter
- You will require internet access and an email address to enter the promotion.
- The promotion starts at 00:00 on 1st January 2025 (Opening Date). All entries must be received before the promotion closes at 23:59 on 30th June 2025 (Closing Date). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received by the Closing Date for any reason. Proof of sending shall not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
- To participate in the Promotion, entrants are required to purchase either a Perkier Peanut Dark Chocolate or a Perkier Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate Multipack in store. Winning packs contain a Golden Ticket. If you are a lucky winner, claim your prize by emailing us at hello@perkier.co.uk with Golden Ticket in the subject line.
- There are 5 Golden Tickets, each entitling the winner to one prize of £1,000 GBP.
- Winners must redeem their prize by emailing their unique codes, as well as a photo of their winning ticket to hello@perkier.co.uk. Should the email not work, then winners can write to us at Perkier Foods Limited, 268 Bath Road, Slough, SL1 4DX.
- Codes can only be redeemed once.
Prize
- There are 5 lots of £1,000 in total to be won.
- The Prizes are non-exchangeable or non-transferable for other prizes.
- To claim their prize, winners must provide their name, full UK delivery address and Bank Account details to the promoter within 14 days of being notified they have won.
- The prize may be forfeited at the Promoter’s sole discretion in the following events:
- The prize is declined, or a winner cannot take up their prize;
- A winner is disqualified under the Terms and Conditions of this promotion;
- A winner fails to provide their full UK delivery address and Bank Account details within 14 days of being notified they have won;
- Or delivery of the prize is refused or cannot be completed using reasonable attempts.
- The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the prize.
- The Promoter will make a bank transfer to the winners within 30 days of their prize being claimed.
- The Promoter may request that the winners participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activity.

To comply with this obligation, if you win a prize, the Promoter will make your name and country available to the people requesting that information. If you do not want your name to be made available, please inform the Promoter using the contact details in paragraph 5 of this Privacy Policy (the Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required).
- The Terms and Conditions are the legal basis on which the Promoter will process your personal data. If you do not provide your personal data, the Promoter cannot enter you into this promotion or process your entry and provide you with your prize.

- The Promoter may disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the promotion. This includes any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this paragraph by tampering with the operation of this promotion, setting up multiple accounts or using multiple identities.
