Chocolate Salted Caramel Avocado Mousse Pots

Chocolatey, creamy avocado mousse pots  topped with Perkier Cacao & Salted Caramel bar .. for the perfect dip. Your friends will find it hard to guess the special ingredient!  Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and includes 3 different wholefoods.

Ingredients

Mousse:

2 large, Ripe Avocados
3 tbsp Date Paste (or 5 pitted medjool dates)
4 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
3-4 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder, plus extra to serve
¼ tsp salt

Toppings:

2 Cacao and Salted Caramel Quinoa Bars, halved
2 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
2 Strawberries, halved

Method

  • Blitz up all the mousse ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Divide into 4 small pots
  • Top with a dollop of coconut yoghurt, half a fresh strawberry, half a PERK!ER Cacao and Salted Caramel Quinoa Bar and a dusting of cacao powder.
  • TUCK IN!! Or leave to chill in the fridge
