Cacao and Orange Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

2 Frozen Bananas, in chunks
½ Frozen Courgette, in chunks
2 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
100ml Hazelnut Milk (or other plant-based milk)

To serve:
1 Cacao and Orange Quinoa Bar, chopped
1 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
1 Orange, Sliced
Extras: Cherries

Method

  • Blitz up all the smoothie ingredients in a blender, and when thick and creamy, pour into a bowl
  • Top with a spoon of coconut yoghurt, a sliced Cacao and orange Quinoa Bar, orange slices and cherries
